I opened up what should have been block #10 for a BOM that is coming from Australia. Imagine my surprise when I pulled out this shirt. No it wasn't a good surprise. I have figured out that the package was tampered with on the way over the sea. So if you mail something don't trust just the sticky on the envelope, but tape that flap down with as much tape as you can. This one was probably heated and pulled open. Now I am dealing with the Postal authorities. Not fun and I want my block, not this crappy blouse.

WHOA! I've never heard of such a thing. I hope they find the culprit.
OMG, that's horrible! Now, you wouldn't have minded so much if it had been a red and white polka dot but seriously...that's an ugly blouse!
